HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – VIETNAMESE

 Location: Quezon City
 Work Setup: 100% Onsite
 Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
 Salary: ₱39,112.60 – ₱80,159.33/month
 Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
 Openings: 4
 Start Date: ASAP | Target Start: September 2026

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent and spontaneous in Vietnamese
• Good working knowledge of English
• BPO experience is NOT required
• Previous Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
• Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting/night-shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
• Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English
• Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
