*Job Description:*  

Provide customer support in English and Bahasa Indonesia through phone, chat, and email. Handle account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and general customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

*Qualifications:*

- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia - speaking and comprehension

- Working knowledge of English. Training and systems are in English

- Can understand complex conversations and communicate professionally

- Previous collections experience and O2C process knowledge is an advantage but not required

- Must be legally able to work in the Philippines with valid Working VISA or Temporary Resident VISA

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

- Assist with account-related inquiries, billing, and service requests

- Document interactions accurately in company systems

- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets
