Role: Customer Service for Online Video Sharing (like YouTube moderation)

Pay: ₱22,000 all-in + ₱25,000 completion bonus (you get ₱25K extra if you finish 4 months)

Start dates: June 9, June 16, June 23

Who can apply?

· Finished at least 2 years of college (no need diploma)
· Has at least 6 months call center experience
· Pass the Versant English test (C1 level = very good English)
· Did NOT work in an online search engine account (like Google) in the last 3 months

VERY IMPORTANT – Firstsource rule:

Candidates MUST register using the FSL QR code in their system (ATS).
ATS = Applicant Tracking System = the online tool where the client tracks applicants.

If they don't complete the registration, they will NOT be entertained.
So guide them step by step to finish registration.

WHY WE NEED TO SOURCE EMERGENCY – AND WHY IT MEANS MORE HIRES

If we don't act fast:
Other recruitment agencies will fill these slots in 7–10 days. We lose.

If we focus on these roles:
We get more "selects" = candidates who actually get hired.

For Cognizant:

Wrong way: Send any call center agent. They will fail the Versant English test or won't have the right experience. Wasted effort.

Right way: Search for exact keywords (content moderation, insurance, etc.). These candidates pass screening 3 to 5 times more often.
More passes = more hires = more commission.

Also, the ₱40,000 pay for SME role attracts experienced people who are serious – they won't quit easily.

For Firstsource:

Wrong way: Just get a candidate and forward them. They miss the QR registration step → rejected.

Right way: Before you endorse, walk them through the QR registration. Recruiters who do this see 80% more candidates processed.
More processed = more hired.

Freshers for Telco need handholding. Call them, guide them, set up same-day virtual interviews. That locks them in for June 15 start.

Healthcare roles have a late June 26 start – use medical or allied health job boards. Those candidates already know appointment scheduling. They get hired 2x more than general agents.

ACTION SUMMARY FOR FRESHERS

1. Cognizant – Don't mass send. Screen for keywords. Target 5–8 good candidates per day.
2. Firstsource – Always do QR registration first. Target 8–12 candidates per day.
3. Both – Start dates are this month. Every day you wait, slots disappear.

Remember: Quality over quantity. Better to send 5 right candidates than 50 wrong ones.
