We’re looking for an Application Developer skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design, build, and configure solutions that drive efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Design and customize applications in Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and deliver innovative solutions.

• Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.

• Develop integrations between CRM and other platforms.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Expertise in modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insight Journey.

• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL Server.

• Ability to customize, configure, and integrate CRM solutions.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Flexibility to work onsite in Manila (Alabang, BGC, Cubao, Mandaluyong).

• Open to applicants currently in the Philippines with valid work eligibility.
