​​We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, customize, integrate, and support CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules:
  • Customer Service
  • Sales
  • Field Service
  • Customer Insights Journeys
• Strong knowledge of CRM development, customization, and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications
• Experience with .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while actively contributing to team discussions and solutions
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
• Integrate CRM with external systems and platforms
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope
• Contribute to technical discussions and solution design
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM best practices
