JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management. Your day will involve developing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Assist in design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business process and application requirements
- Perform independently and grow into an SME role
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
- Provide solutions to work-related problems
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Stay updated on latest CRM technologies and best practices

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience in CRM modules such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey
- Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices
- Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions
- Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience with .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server
