Job Summary

As an Application Lead for Microsoft Azure PaaS, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary technical point of contact for application design, construction, and configuration. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate across departments to ensure the timely delivery of robust, high-quality cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Lead end-to-end efforts to design, build, configure, and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure PaaS.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact and SME for the project delivery team.

• Take full ownership of key technical decisions and resolve complex architectural and cross-team challenges.

• Drive troubleshooting and issue resolution across immediate and adjacent delivery teams.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Manage, mentor, and motivate delivery teams to maintain high performance and quality standards.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

• Core Expertise: Expert proficiency and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services (e.g., App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

• Cloud Principles: Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, enterprise cloud architecture, and PaaS integration patterns.

• Deployment Experience: Proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise application solutions on Azure.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Server Operating Systems (x86).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Administration and Managed Azure Security Services.
