Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives for US Tax and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US Tax process, a strong background in training management, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that improve employee performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for US Tax and Finance teams.

• Conduct new hire onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs.

• Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.

• Coach, mentor, and support trainers and team leaders to improve learning outcomes.

• Ensure all training materials and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.

• Track employee performance after training and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

• Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Mandatory).

• Experience working in the US Tax process (Mandatory).

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager.

• Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Metro Manila on a night shift.
