Role Overview:
Join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account as a Medical Billing Specialist! You will handle medical billing inquiries, resolve patient and provider concerns, and ensure accurate claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review medical billing claims accurately.

• Resolve patient and provider billing inquiries.

• Explain complex billing concepts in a simple, clear manner.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with insurance companies for claims resolution.

• Maintain accurate records in the billing system.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
