Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Salary: ₱40,000–₱119,027.33
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

• Fluent and spontaneous in spoken Mandarin
• Working knowledge of English
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedules
• Available to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Mandarin and English via calls, chat, and email
• Handle account inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests
• Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate documentation
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
