Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Pre-Sales & Solutions to lead strategic pre-sales initiatives, bid management, and solution development for IT Service Desk and End-User Services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT consulting, service desk operations, P&L management, solution architecture, and large-scale bid management.

This role is responsible for driving business development, building winning proposals, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales and solution design for IT Service Desk and End-User Services opportunities.

• Manage large-scale bids, RFPs, RFIs, and proposal development.

• Develop winning solution strategies aligned with client requirements.

• Drive strategic sales planning, pipeline growth, and business development initiatives.

• Build and maintain a repository of reusable bid assets, best practices, and solution templates.

• Standardize pre-sales methodologies, tools, and solution offerings.

• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and solution architecture teams to ensure successful bid execution.

• Support seamless sales-to-delivery transition and project handover.

• Contribute to solution innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in industry forums and strengthen business relationships with enterprise clients.

• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and support complex deal negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) within an IT consulting or professional services organization.

• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Bid Management, and IT Service Desk.

• Strong experience in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing enterprise IT consulting opportunities.

• Experience working on large and complex bids.

• BEMF (Business Engineering Management Framework) Training is required.

• Strong understanding of Service Desk operations and End-User Services.

• Excellent presentation, proposal writing, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of digital transformation and public sector procurement is an advantage.

• Willing to work hybrid in Taguig and travel when required.
