Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Deliver excellent customer support in Khmer and English.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Perform other operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Khmer (Cambodian) with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (training and internal systems are in English).
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
• Previous Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
• Valid Working Visa or Temporary Resident Visa accepted for foreign applicants.
• Willing to work onsite on shifting or night schedules.
