Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Architect (Manager Expert) with expertise in Generative AI and background experience in Customer Experience (CX) solutions . You will design development projects, oversee programs, and ensure proper architecture implementation . You will own and guide the development team to deliver projects as planned .


Key Responsibilities:


Understand client needs to define automation development specifications


Propose and implement scalable design, software improvements, and optimization solutions


Provide extensive code reviews with software engineers


Develop both front-end and back-end with tests and standards in place


Plan and design technology solutions, estimates, and proposals


Own and oversee programs, providing guidance until delivery


Ensure implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure


Meet SLAs: Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Requests


Train junior members on Business Analysis and Architectural Design


Qualifications:


10+ years overall IT experience, including:


5+ years in technical or solution architecture roles


5+ years in Generative AI model architecture design and implementation


Proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions


Strong background in web technologies and enterprise-grade application design and integration


Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Data Science projects


Familiarity with AI methodologies, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices


Programming: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, ReactTS; Shell scripts; SQL and NoSQL databases


Leading a project is required, not managing people


Open to Non-Filipinos – working visa and relocation package offered
