We are looking for talented Japanese-speaking software engineers with strong Java Spring Boot expertise to join a dynamic development team supporting global projects. This role involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components, with opportunities to perform maintenance, enhancements, and new development work.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese language (N5 to native level)


• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot with at least 1 year of hands-on experience


• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices


• Experience in building and deploying scalable applications


• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices


• Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)


• Active participation in team discussions and contribution to problem-solving


• Stable employment history (no frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)


• Willing to work on-site in Manila with a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code


• Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work

• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application stability
