Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Fixed Weekends Off)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

• Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices.

• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly vendor payments.

• Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local tax regulations.

• Act as the primary contact for Japan-based vendors, handling payment inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies in Japanese.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing issues.

• Translate AP-related documents and communications between Japanese and English as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 preferred; strong N3 may be considered).

• Business-level English communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette.

• Experience in Shared Services/BPO and knowledge of Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) is an advantage.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a permanent night shift.
