Position Title: IT Project Management Senior Analyst

Overall Purpose

The candidate will be a member of the IT Project/Service Management team as a Senior Analyst/Analyst. They will serve as a subject matter expert in charge of IT infrastructure projects and IT service delivery. As an Infrastructure Services Senior Analyst/Analyst, they will act as a trusted business advisor providing guidance around technology operations and optimization of IT infrastructure and services for assigned projects.

This involves collaborating with internal and external IT teams, ensuring that the provision of infrastructure and services effectively and efficiently meet business needs. The role requires maintaining strong relationships between IT and business stakeholders, taking ownership of incidents, and providing resolutions by working with various IT teams. Daily interaction with business counterparts is expected in order to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field (BE, B-Tech, ME, MTech, MSc/BSc).

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Broad experience with technology projects, business continuity, customer relationship, and IT security.

  5+ years (senior level) or 3+ years (analyst level) of overall experience in IT infrastructure project management, IT solutions, or IT support.
