We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Account. In this role, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, explain policy information, process requests, resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

At least 18 months of Call Center/BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency

Amenable to work onsite

Amenable to complete the hiring process onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
