Are you a certified medical coding professional with deep expertise in Inpatient Auditing and Quality Assurance? We are hiring 5 QA Specialists to drive accuracy and compliance across complex non-voice Inpatient coding workflows. Use your analytical precision and clinical foundation to safeguard quality standards and mentor high-volume coding operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Quality Auditing & Review: Perform rigorous quality assurance audits on complex Inpatient charts to ensure compliance with official coding guidelines, DRG assignments, and documentation requirements.

• Accuracy & Feedback Delivery: Analyze quality trends, identify systemic coding errors, and deliver actionable feedback and targeted coaching to coding staff.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain expert-level alignment with updated ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and client-specific Inpatient quality benchmarks.

What We Look For

Required Licenses & Credentials:

• Active Professional License: PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) or Allied Medical degree holder.

• Core Certification: Active CCS, CPC, or CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder) certification.

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of recent, pertinent clinical or hospital-based experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on Inpatient Medical Coding experience.

• 1+ year of dedicated Inpatient Audit / Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
