• Strong knowledge of the Infor OS platform and its integration with IDM.

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infor IDM Consultant to join our consulting team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor IDM solutions and ensuring seamless integration with Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, and other enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who want exposure to diverse industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Infor IDM solutions based on client requirements.


• Develop and maintain document workflows, templates, and metadata structures.


• Ensure smooth integration of IDM with Infor M3, CloudSuite, and related ERP modules.


• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end document management solutions.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing guides.


• Support migration, upgrades, and enhancements of IDM solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in resolving IDM-related issues.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.


• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig (2–3 days/week) on a mid-shift schedule, with the possibility of on-call support.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Infor ION and Infor Ming.le integration.


• Exposure to cloud migration projects involving IDM.


• Knowledge of output technologies such as OpenText Exstream.
