Lead Payroll Operations with Precision

We're looking for an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, and lead a high-performing payroll team. If you have strong SAP payroll experience and a passion for delivering accurate, compliant payroll services, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

• Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and government requirements.

• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team.

• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related concerns.

• Drive payroll controls, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.

• 3+ years of payroll team leadership or supervisory experience.

• Proven hands-on experience using SAP Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
