About the Role

We are looking for an experienced payroll professional to lead payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end payroll processing using SAP.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the payroll team.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations.
Resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate payroll records.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
At least 3 years of Payroll Team Lead/Supervisory experience.
Hands-on SAP Payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and communication skills.
Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig (Day Shift).
