Looking for experienced BPO professionals to join our Healthcare Account in MOA Pasay.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Account: Healthcare BPO

Location: MOA Pasay

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

Days Off: Fixed Weekends Off

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years of college

At least 1 year International Voice BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns

Willing to work onsite in MOA Pasay

Willing to work on a night shift

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and healthcare-related inquiries

Provide accurate and professional assistance to customers

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and appropriately

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
