Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will handle complex accounting activities, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, audit support, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, including trends and variances.

• Handle and manipulate large datasets for financial reporting and analysis.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and other financial reports.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Prepare invoices, accruals, trial balances, and financial reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations, preferably with multi-currency exposure.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• CPA is preferred; Non-CPA candidates may also be considered.

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

• Strong experience handling and manipulating large datasets — non-negotiable.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Journal Entries

  • Trial Balance

  • Balance Sheet / P&L

  • Contra Asset Accounts

  • General Ledger Management

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Financial Reporting

  • Invoicing

  • Accruals

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Financial Analysis

  • Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End Closing

• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables — non-negotiable.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Important Eligibility Information

Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire, either directly or through third-party agencies.

• Training will be conducted fully onsite for 2–3 months.

• After successful training, the position will follow a hybrid work setup.

• Candidates must be willing to work the night shift.

• Candidates should be available to start ASAP.
