Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and benefits
Assist customers with account-related concerns
Maintain quality customer service and meet performance targets
Document customer interactions accurately
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ₱14,500 – ₱16,500
Allowance: ₱5,500
