Description

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage and oversee Accounts Payable operations within a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment. The role will focus on leading AP teams, managing Vendor Master Data (VMD) activities, ensuring operational performance and process compliance, and working closely with customers and client stakeholders. The position will also support operational transitions, service stabilization, process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong AP expertise, people management experience, client-facing skills, and experience managing offshore or geographically distributed teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.

• Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience.

• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).

• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.

• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.

• Experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.

• Experience with operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation is preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Important Notes

• 100% onsite work required at Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.

• Must be amenable to a night shift schedule.

• ASAP availability is preferred.

• Candidates with strong Accounts Payable, VMD, people management, and BPO/Shared Services experience should be prioritized.
