Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and cancellations

- Handle general travel inquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately

- Document all customer interactions properly

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth experience

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

Option 1:

- College Graduate - With or without BPO experience

- Must have C1 level English - Excellent communication skills

- Close to Standard American English accent

Option 2:

- Completed at least 2nd year in college with no failing subjects

- At least 6 months BPO experience required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

Additional Requirements:

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

- Willing to be assigned to Airlines / Travel account
