Job Title: Telecommunications Account Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecommunications Account Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of BPO experience in the telecommunications industry. As a Telecommunications Account Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling telecom products and services. You will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide excellent service.

Salary:
- 6 months to 23 months BPO experience: 20k package
- 24 months and up BPO experience: 25k package

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in the telecommunications industry
- High school graduate
