EXL MOA Pasay is hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. The role involves assisting Spanish-speaking customers, handling inquiries in Spanish and English, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service while working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

Handle customer concerns through phone, email, or chat; provide accurate information; resolve issues promptly; escalate complex concerns when needed; update customer records; and meet service quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2nd year College and up
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO - Financial account
• Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual account)
• Willing to work on-site (MOA Pasay)
