Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist  (McKinley)
Location: McKinley 

About the role:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels for the McKinley account. Drive performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams.

Key responsibilities:
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and DSPs.
Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and apply optimizations to hit targets.
Prepare concise performance reports and client-facing insights.

Requirements: 

HS grad with 6 months of digital advertising or content moderator experience are required.

Salary: up to 60k
