Job Title: Data Solution Architect – Microsoft Fabric / Azure

Location: On-site in Taguig City, Philippines

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (rotational shifts)

We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI to join a long-term enterprise project with a global client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data platforms


• Design and architect end-to-end data & analytics solutions (data modeling, data integration, warehousing, visualization, governance)


• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical decisions, and provide solutions that span multiple teams


• Develop and implement high-impact BI and analytics solutions


• Perform multiple roles as needed: Data Architect, Data Modeler, Power BI Developer, Integration Architect, Technical Designer, Report Designer/Developer, Tester, Support Specialist, Deployment Lead, Platform/Report Administrator, etc.


• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and promote best practices and innovation


• Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Azure data services


• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI


• Proven track record in developing and delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions


• Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and visualization


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience leading or guiding teams is a strong advantage


• Good to have: Exposure to SAP DataSphere (DSP)

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the Philippines with full work rights (no sponsorship)


• Willing to work fully on-site in Taguig with a shifting/rotational schedule
