WORK SETUP: Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Join a dynamic BPO team supporting a US Telco account. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot service issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer concerns via phone and email.

• Troubleshoot technical and billing issues.

• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

• Min. 6 months BPO experience required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Must be based in Metro Manila (Taguig/Makati only). 

• Amenable to shifting schedules.
