Work Set-up: Onsite in Cebu City Work Shift: Shifting

Summary: Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create efficient data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) • Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in Data Modeling • Experience in Dimensional Modeling, 3-NF modeling, or No-SQL DB modeling • At least one project involving Cloud DB Design • Proficient in Modern Data Platforms and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts • Hands-on experience in data transformation and analytics projects • Expertise in all stages of database design and development • Proficiency with at least one leading Data Modeling tool (e.g., Erwin, ER Studio, or equivalent) • Strong requirement analysis, technical solutioning, and client-facing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills • Eagerness to learn and continuously develop new skills • Good to have: Experience in Data Vault Modeling, Graph Database Modeling, RDF, Document DB Modeling, Ontology, Semantic Data Modeling, Data Analytics on Cloud, Data Lake design, Cloud Data Engineering, or Cloud Data Integration • Familiarity with Data Architecture Principles is preferred • Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City with a shifting schedule

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored Data Models • Lead discovery activities and design workshops to support solution development • Create and deliver Data Modeling deliverables, securing client sign-off • Develop solution blueprints, scope projects, and estimate delivery timelines
