Customer Support & Sales Representative – Telecommunications (Technical Support)

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and articulate team members to join our Telco Technical Support team. In this role, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, account billing, and recommend services that best fit their needs.

Requirements:

 Education: High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

 Experience: Prior experience in billing, technical support, or sales is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide clear, effective support for telecommunications and technical issues.

 Handle customer billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.

 Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or upgrades.
