Provide customer support for a Consumer Electronics account via calls, chat, and email. Handle product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, order status, and warranty claims. Meet quality and CSAT targets.

*Qualifications:*  

- Minimum 3-5 years BPO/Call Center experience required  

- High School Graduate or College Level  

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills  

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays  

- With experience in Consumer Electronics/Telco is an advantage
