JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sagility Quezon City is looking for Customer Service Representatives. You will handle customer/member inquiries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer experience for healthcare accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in Healthcare, RCM, or Customer Service is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer/member inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
