Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel reservations, bookings, cancellations and itenerary changes
• Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving travel concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking records
• Meet quality and productivety performance metrics

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong foundation in role-relevant tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Ability to plan, execute, measure, and improve work with attention to detail.
• Good communication, ownership, collaboration, and time-management skills.
