Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner .
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
