JOB TITLE: Operational Technology (OT) Specialist/Team Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security to support and deliver security managed services across client environments. This role ensures operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient, working cross-functionally to drive key decisions and continuous improvement in security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives
  
• Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning
  
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives
• Provide solutions to security challenges across teams and environments
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align on security strategies and operational goals
  
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and capability
  
• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)​

• At least 3–5 years of Operational Technology (OT) Security experience
  
• Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in OT infrastructure
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex security issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams
  
• Must be amenable to a hybrid setup with possible shifting schedule at the Cubao office
  
• Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
