Job Title: COLLECTIONS MANAGER – B2B

We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to lead and develop a B2B Collections team. The successful candidate will drive collection performance, improve cash flow, reduce aging, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day B2B Collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.

• Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness initiatives.

• Monitor workflows and ensure the timely completion of collection activities and customer follow-ups.

• Conduct coaching, knowledge-sharing sessions, refresher training, and performance reviews.

• Mentor team members and support their professional and capability development.

• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams to resolve issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.

• Support governance reviews, reporting, and stakeholder management activities.

• Ensure compliance with operational controls, quality standards, SOPs, and process documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collections performance and operational efficiency.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including manager-level or team management experience.

• Strong experience in B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable.

• Proven experience managing B2B Collections or Accounts Receivable teams.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Experience working in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.

• Experience handling customer escalations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong people management, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting US customers and/or global operations.

• Knowledge of collections systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Cash Application and Dispute Management.
