What You Will Do

  Apply customer payments received through ACH, wire transfer, lockbox and other payment channels
  
• 
  
• 
  Investigate unidentified or unapplied payments
  
• 
  
• 
  Reconcile customer accounts and bank transactions
  
• 
  
• 
  Resolve short payments, payment differences and other cash issues
  
• 
  
• 
  Work with Collections, Billing, Disputes and customers to resolve payment concerns
  
• 
  
• 
  Maintain accurate payment records
  
• 
  
• 
  Support month-end closing activities
  
• 
  
• 
  Meet service, productivity and quality targets
  
• 
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related course
  
• 
  
• 
  2 to 5 years of experience in B2B cash application, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience working in a high-volume payment processing environment
  
• 
  
• 
  Knowledge of payment research, bank reconciliation and exception management
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms
  
• 
  
• 
  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  
• 
  Excellent attention to detail
  
• 
  
• 
  Good written and spoken communication skills
  
• 
  
• 
  Ability to work with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders

  Willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig
