We’re looking for an experienced Card Services Product Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for frontline teams supporting Financial/Commercial Card Services.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Facilitate New Hire Training, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs.
• 
  
• Develop training materials, assessments, job aids, and mock scenarios.
• 
  
• Provide nesting, floor support, coaching, and real-time assistance.
• 
  
• Track training performance, quality, CSAT, AHT, FTR, and attrition.
• 
  
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and ensure compliance with client standards.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3–5 years BPO experience
• 
  
• At least 2 years as a Trainer handling Card Services in a BPO environment.
• 
  
• Strong background in Financial/Commercial Card Services — Collections, Insurance, and Fraud experience alone will not qualify.
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 
  
• Experience with financial platforms, LMS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and training tools is a plus.
• 
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and coaching skills.
• 
  
• Willing to work shifting/rotational schedules.
•
