About the Role

We're hiring a Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analyst to join a global financial services team supporting Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Investment Banking Operations, Trade Settlements, Custody Operations, Securities Operations, or Capital Markets who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events across the complete event lifecycle, including announcement, record date, election, entitlement, and payment.

• Perform end-to-end Corporate Actions processing, ensuring accurate entitlement calculations and timely client payments.

• Reconcile Corporate Action events and investigate breaks, exceptions, settlement issues, and custody-related discrepancies.

• Monitor system exception queues and ensure all events are processed accurately within SLA.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Prime Brokerage, Custodians, Agents, and Counterparties to resolve operational issues.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, and market practices.

• Support audits, UAT activities, process improvements, documentation updates, and risk & control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions within an Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Securities Operations, Custody, or Trade Operations environment.

• Strong experience with end-to-end Corporate Actions processing, including entitlement calculation, event lifecycle management, reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift schedule.

• Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
