Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Pharmaceutical Account. The successful candidate will assist customers with product and account-related inquiries while providing professional and efficient customer support.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate

Must have at least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience

Excellent English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
