Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Designer – Oracle Cloud Cost Management to analyze, develop, and improve business workflows and processes.

The role involves identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, collaborating with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Cost Management, with knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems and cost control methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

• Work closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on process improvements.

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams.

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

• Support change management initiatives and effectively communicate process changes.

• Continuously monitor process performance and recommend enhancements.

• Design feedback and monitoring mechanisms to support continuous process improvement.

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to business-related problems.

• Work independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based financial management systems and cost control methodologies.

• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

• Experience with process modeling tools and workflow visualization techniques.

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for decision-making and process optimization.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud.

Work Eligibility

• Only candidates currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to live and work in the Philippines are eligible.

• Candidates must be amenable to an onsite setup with a shifting schedule in Manila.
