Role Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving client acquisition through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-based selling. This role focuses on identifying client needs, engaging key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth through successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including multinational corporations and large enterprises
• Generate leads and schedule client meetings on a weekly basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present services and solutions
• Manage and update sales pipeline and activity trackers regularly
• Support email communication, calendar coordination, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment solutions
• Attend training sessions and perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or related role
• Experience in IT or BPO recruitment industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Well-connected with a strong professional network is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
• Willing to travel when required
• Can render at least 4 hours per day
