Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist to offer HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines. You will convert inquiries into sales, develop leads, and generate appointments with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer HR and Payroll systems to local Philippine companies.

• Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Develop leads and referrals into sales achievements.

• Generate appointments with qualified prospects.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder (Marketing/Business Management is an advantage).

• Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation from sales and marketing campaigns.

• Experience in B2B sales and marketing (plus factor).

• Excellent customer relationship skills.

• Experience in telesales/cold calling (advantage).

• Experience in Payroll Solutions/HR Services lead generation.

• Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools.
