What You’ll Do

* Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
* Convert inbound inquiries into business opportunities.
* Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
* Experience generating leads for HR Solutions, Payroll Solutions, HRIS, SaaS, or Business Services is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
* Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and lead generation tools.
