JOB TITLE: Business Architect – SAP EWM

Role Overview

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, support transformation by developing business cases, and guide implementation of key initiatives. A typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover value-enhancing opportunities, gathering requirements from various stakeholders, and collaborating closely with different teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technology-driven operating models.

• Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform
• Take responsibility for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
  
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
  
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs
  
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Expert proficiency in SAP EWM
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions
  
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM
• Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
