Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into effective business solutions. The position also involves supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure cohesive progress.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and promoting best practices.
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business operations to support strategic goals.
• Skilled in developing comprehensive business cases and supporting change management initiatives.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
