We are looking for a skilled Trainer to join our Travel / Expedia account. The role involves delivering high-quality training programs to both general and specialized workforce areas, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials including presentations, manuals, guides, and evaluations

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions based on business requirements

• Execute specialized training projects independently and generate your own workload

• Mentor and supervise less experienced trainers or team members

• Implement improvements to day-to-day training processes

• Manage short-term training activities and ensure team alignment

• Maintain professional quality and consistency in all training outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Trainer

• Strong background in the travel industry, preferably handling Expedia accounts

• BPO experience is required

• Experience with IGT, WNS, or Foundever is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
